The alternative GTD approach to life

The coming home blues are starting to kick in. Here is the Spinjay method of attempting to starve them off:

• Raiding the parents booze cupboard; so far consumed a bottle of gin & attempting to get through the whiskey supply.
• Seeing friends – trips to Cardiff and Bristol have been done but not nearly enough time spent in either.
• Staying outta the house – although whilst unemployed tricky as no £££s so more bike rides to come.
• Not slipping into mindless tv – the temptation is there dramatically to sit infront of the box and let my brain be rotted away…but NO I WILL NOT GO INTO THAT GOODNIGHT!
• Re-reading my favourite books; Bill Bryson’s Down Under & On the road.
• Music. Top 3 keeping me going are;

1. Tunng – comments of the inner chorus
2. Beirut – the flying club cup
3. Bon Iver – streaming tunes from Virb after BooBooBear introduced them to me.

I am trapped in this pocket of South Wales until Thursday – then am jumping on that train straight to Oxford.
